Qualifications
| Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Navy. | |||||||
| 20 years experience with property management and home repair. My father owned a construction company, and I helped build the house I grew up in. | |||||||
| Almost 20 years experience as a Mechanical Engineer in the Navy. I understand the “Hard” systems: Heating, Pluming, Electrical. I know attention to detail is important to keep things "ship shape." | |||||||
| Education and experience in all aspects of residential construction, including Foundation, Structure, Roofing, Water Penetration, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air-Conditioning), Electrical, Plumbing, Exterior / Interior Evaluation and Insulation. | |||||||
| Successfully passed the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) Approved National Home Inspector Exam, as well as the National Association of Certified Home Inspector (NACHI) Exam. | |||||||
| Licensed by the State of Alaska and must complete 8 hours of state-approved continuing education each year to retain that license. | |||||||

| The State of Alaska requires insurance for General Liability and a Fidelity Bond. I am also insured through FREA for Errors and Omissions as well as a Certificate of Indemnity that covers any Realtor or Broker who refers or works with me. This protects the seller, the buyer, the agent and the broker, and myself. |
